Many people want to know beforehand roughly what balayage or a manicure costs and how long it takes. If no prices are online, they send a message to ask or go somewhere else straight away.

Frequently asked questions
Which booking system is right for my salon?
It depends on how many staff you have, whether you want to take deposits and which till system you use. We do not recommend one system for everyone; we compare two or three that fit with you and set up the one you choose.
Can I charge a fee for no-shows?
Only if you agreed it clearly beforehand, for example in booking terms that are confirmed when booking online. Please check the legally sound wording with a lawyer; we then build it into the booking.
Is Instagram enough instead of a website?
Instagram shows your work well, but prices, opening hours and booking are hard to find there, and you depend entirely on one platform. A simple website with a booking button adds to your profile and is also read by search engines and AI assistants.
Should I show my prices online?
Yes, at least as a range, such as “from €45”. People who find nothing ask or book elsewhere. If the price depends on hair length or effort, add a short note on what it depends on.
How do I get more reviews?
Best right after the appointment: with a QR code at the till or a link in the message after the visit. Google’s policies forbid rewards for reviews. With our Google review QR card you create the link and the card for free.
