Name and city go through our server to the search service Serper, which finds your business in Google Search. To improve the tool we store the Google ID of the business, the name and city you typed, and how often the card was opened and downloaded; this is deleted 12 months after the last use. Your logo and the files stay in your browser and are never uploaded. Details in the privacy policy.

The best moment is right after the service: at the till, when you hand over the order, when the customer says thank you. Put the card where that moment happens and add one sentence: “We would be glad about a review on Google.”

Never buy reviews
Google deletes bought or invented reviews, and many countries forbid them by law. Google’s rules also forbid rewards for a review, such as a discount.
